Apparently Company F really *is* highly Unionised (this is coming from the insider). I'm not fond of Unions, to be honest - not that I'm a filthy Tory or anything (heh!), but I find Unions to be glorified bully boys and find Union reps to be... generally unpleasant characters.
So the two things together - shoddy HR practises in a highly Unionised environment - makes me think the job would be nothing but stress and horror. And as much as I'm getting kind of desperate for the $$$, I promised myself I'm never taking a job that makes me weep in the car park EVAR AGAIN. So... probably is for the best. Curse them.
